Visas

So today i sent off my vietnam application form apparently it takes 5 working days plus postage time to complete so hopefully by the 10th or the 11th march i should have it. The russian one should be fairly straightforward and i can then relax although im not exactly sure what im going to do for the next four weeks. Think ill see if i can get call of duty cheaply

End of an era

I guess this is where the blog should start as everythings is a little bit more real now.

Six months ago i told myself that yes i was going to quit my job leave everything and set out on what can possibly be described as a fool hardy exercise. The aim of which is to travel by myself (hence the title) over the course of nine months from athens to australia in time for the ashes.

So after handing in my notice one month ago i finished work today after two and a half years at npower with mixed emotions of both your a moron what are you thinking of and also its what youve always wanted so make the most of it.

Tomorrow begins the really stressful part, applying for my Vietnam visa ready for september while hoping to god they are remotely efficient enough to enable me to apply for my russian visa and have a passport with which to board the plane. Stranger things have happened
